Voici ce qu'explique Cav :

Corrected one unit placement error

I Tried to make changes to make many units better at their intended roles while leaving them vulnerable when not .

Made AC and Half tracks( equipped with good MG or more rapid fire weapons ) better Vs soft targets in firing and assault( but still vulnerable in terms of defence )
Fixed a few oob errors with some units .fixed some MP values for some units .
Corrected many oob slight abnormalities with HQ command radius and MP factors.
Gave many HQ units modest AA capability to represent divisional and Regimental assets not portrayed in the game and also to encourage players then to keep HQ units in better proximity to the units they command esp. for Soviet Divisions and Axis Regiments .
Improved some AA units AA capability mainly to improve their capability against the more vulnerable air units.JU87 and IL2 are your units for close support at defence 16 and PE2 HE111 etc look for more vulnerable targets .
Improved very heavy artillery types but at the same time making them slower and more vulnerable
Gave Soviet Divisional engineers better assault capability. Players will now want to accompany assaults with Engineers .

Improved the attack values ( 14/0 10/0 ) of the IL2 to represent better doctrine and slightly improved aircraft over the earlier types. In general the IL2 will perform better against Axis armour in T mode now .

Apparement seule les valeurs d'unités seraient changées. Donc pas de bug si on passe de la V4 à la V5...
